How can Open EI help?
Personal Coaching
See below for how we can work together.
Group Coaching
You may have a specific team challenge that needs be addressed. After a briefing session, Open EI can create a specific workshop which will often include enquiry surveys, or preparatory work for attendees.
Working Together
I am here to serve you, to enable you to move past the challenges and to change your world. We will work together in a safe space, with complete trust and full disclosure on the issues that matter. We will also work with flexibility, adapting the coaching framework to your needs.
How?
1 / Context
How can I help you?
How we work together.
Your back story and future intent.
2 / Powerful Questions
Exploring your ambitions, challenges, driving forces, joys and fears, your measures of success.
3 / Thematic
Such as…control, purpose, failure & success, resetting, the cognisant contradictions of your role and in organisations.
4 / Change
Leadership models, relevant adaption, lived experiences and commitment.
5 / Reflection & Plan
Your reflections, your plan, your commitment
The Sessions
I will ask questions, some will be difficult, be completely open in your response.
Each session will end with reflection and preparation for the next.
If it is relevant, I may occasionally ask you to use a coaching tool.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions & dialogue in-between sessions.
Investing your time
10 sessions, more if discussed and agreed.
Plus an initial ‘Context’ discussion that is not charged.
A fixed cost with 50% payable before the first session and after the 10th session.
Check in on your growth - re-connecting in single sessions to evaluate progress against your plan
Diagnostic tools
If it is appropriate to your own individual coaching pathway we may use certain tools that provide contextual insights, such as; how you use your time? An audit of the energy you bring to work and your life? Or, how you feel about work? (See Mindlode Benchmark as an example.)
Mindlode evaluates and explains how individuals really feel about their work across seven core feelings. These feelings relate to human motivations and behaviours, and shape how any of us show up in the work environment.
The diagnostic output provides a data-informed personalized framework that illustrates areas of strength to be developed as well as possible problem areas to be addressed. This framework can be used as the basis for coaching both enhanced performance and greater happiness at work.
